Technical Support Engineer
This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer - Building Automation to join Conserve It in Melbourne. Reporting directly to Head of Applications and Deployment, you will be working with our products and technologies team.
The key element of this role is to be part of Conserve It’s products and technologies team and provide product, applications and deployment support for company’s range of products and applications to system integrators, OEMs and end-customers along with internal team with particular emphasis on building automation, edge IoT, chiller plant optimisation, analytics and energy efficiency solutions.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be main point of contact for all technical support queries from all Conserve It customers worldwide. It is expected that through formal training and self-learning you will acquire an in-depth knowledge of Conserve It’s entire suite of products and solutions and be able to attend to and resolve all queries in a timely manner.
